What began as a pastime and later transformed into a passion, finally turned into my professional interest. I became serious about taking up Gemology as a career option around 7 years ago. Every process right from the formation of a gemstone inside the earth’s crust to the creation of exquisitely designed jewellery is intriguing. After having spent almost half a lifetime in the industry, I have realized that one can never appreciate the value of a gemstone or jewellery unless he or she tries to understand how these priceless crystals are formed inside the earth.
